As editor of a civil rights blog I am interested in your views of child
support orders against men who are not the biological parent or had not
adopted the children. I am referring to the court ordered child support
issued as "children of the marriage". As you may not be aware of this
issue it is widely now accepted by family courts to have several men as
well as the paternal father pay child support, also since these are not
the biological fathers the courts can order the non-paternal parent to pay
any amount in excess of the court mandated orders.
